Located only 10 minutes drive from the Fraser Coast airport, Peppers Pier Resort Hervey Bay boasts conference facilities for up to 300 delegates theatre style.

Our range of venues includes a Ballroom ideal for large dinners and conferences which can be reconfigured into two separate rooms suited to medium sized dinners and meetings. The pre-function space leading into the Ballroom offers an abundance of natural light setting a great atmosphere perfect for trade shows and exhibitions. There are also two smaller rooms suited to private and intimate meetings. Premium meeting and audio visual facilities are available throughout all rooms.

At Peppers Pier Resort we offer both private and public dining experiences for your conference group. A private diner can be catered for by our onsite restaurant, The Bayswater Bar & Bistro in your selected conference room. Alternatively treat your delegates to the relaxed and casual environment of The Bayswater perfect for encouraging networking. The Salt Cafe is another option serving an eclectic mix of modern Australian cuisine.
